The Dance Lab offers great opportunities for the competitor dancer with regular technique classes, guided and open competitor practices, private lessons and monthly workshops by world class teachers. 

A variety of ballroom and latin classes are offered for social and medalist dancers and private lessons are available upon request with a teacher of your choice. Weekly social nights are a highlight and if salsa is your thing, watch out for Saturday Salsa nights. For the kids there are regular dance classes plus all day workshops in the holidays.
